Valve optimization

Mixing and dispersion

Explore a wide range of mixers, agitators and dispersion solutions for scales up to 20 m3. We can operate close to your actual production scale to avoid a change in process results during scale-up.

Heat treatment

With plate heat exchangers from 100 l/hr to 4 m³/hr, solutions can be tailored to your product, including WideGap plates for products with particles. You can validate designs, check energy efficiency and product impact, and optimize CIP for new applications.

Fermentation and extraction

Run biomass fermentation trials in our 3 m³ fermenter with full process monitoring. Trials can be completed with downstream extraction and recovery using decanters, separators or membrane filtration.
